Helm Foundation signs a Cooperation Protocol with H.E. Mohamed Kamal EL Dali, Governor of Giza during the Cairo 2016: A City for All Conference on accessibility for people with disabilities which was organized by Helm Foundation. This Cooperation Protocol aims to start a pilot accessibility project for persons with disabilities through making the surrounding area of Cairo University and Bein El Sarayat accessible, and for it to be used as an accessibility model to be implemented in other areas. The Cairo 2016: A City for All Conference was held in Renaissance Mirage City Hotel, Cairo, Egypt on 24 – 25 June 2016, to bring together professionals, employers, corporations, persons with disabilities’ organizations, key though leaders, policy makers and others. The conference was attended by more than 200 participants from different countries; the conference featured many topics specific to Egypt, such as accessibility in tourism, accessibility in transportation, employment for people with disabilities and many other topics
